Hang in there! It is a BUMMER when we have a gain... but as hard as I know it is, we have to look betyond the scale! Your work out program sounds so comprehensive and a Chun Wah Kam 'incident' here and there is no big deal! Really! Also, please remember that as women, so much of our fluctuation is hormonal... water weight gain is a real thing, and can be so disheartening. Just stay the course!
