Goals for this week

Here's a breakdown of my goals for this week. Small and manageable;

1. Eat out only once this week
2. Plan my meals before I eat them
3. Complete my workout plan (at least 10 minutes workout on non-running days)
4. Watch no more than 1.5 hrs of TV per day
5. Go on Sparkpeople everyday
