i have a problem..

Sunday, July 29, 2012

So this losing weight is not working.. it maybe because i am all over the board eating a can of pringles and never getting to walk. but it also could be cause i am lazy and make excuses.... i need one of those people who don't let me say no.. i tell my gf no i don't wanna do things all the time and she lets me get away with it.

I need a huge motivator.

Maybe a photo of me in this swimsuit i had to buy cause no others would fit would work lol. but i keep procrastonating. i need a kick in the butt.

the motivator is hidden within yourself ,people can fool you,but you can't fool you.
only you have the power to change you, focus, make your journey in weight loss, PRIORITY-ONE.....that's how things get done emoticon

This is so brave of you to write. We all have this problem sometimes - even the most motivated of us sometimes have a lapse in "drive." However, I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!

My solution when I'm lagging is to get more involved - either buddy up with one or two others, try a new streak/challenge on SparkPeople or some such.

If you want to do a one-on-one buddy, I'm happy to do that with you (just send me an email through SP). What I did that worked for me is report my calorie intake to someone else for two weeks - boy, did that keep down the calorie counts!

You can do it girl! You didn't join this website for nothing! Remember, the only person that can lose this weight for you is you, so are you saying you're not worth it? You're beautiful, you're determined, and we can do it! :)

You could start logging your food here. It really motivates me and lets me know how I'm doing food-wise every day when I log it in. I have been where you are regarding attitude and mood when it comes to do something about my weight--which is way out of control by the way! I've only been sparking for a week or so so I am still kind of obsessed. Hope I can stay obsessed!

    Keep on Sparking!
