    We have until December, so there is plenty of time to do double weeks of runs. :) Great job with the classes! I ate some junky stuff this weekend too, family is in town and im out of money because there is some snafu with my paycheck. So I cant go by healthy stuff but I still HAVE food, its just not my preferred meals.
    Keep up the good work sister!

    Good job on the game plan of repeating your run. It's good to push, but it's better to know what feels right for your body.
