Double Whammy

This week I did back to back Jazzercise classes, one hour from 8:15-9:15 and another hour from 9:30-10:30. By getting in two classes in one day, I earned a new pretty coral-colored tank top to keep me cool this summer or as the poster at the Jazzercise center said "earn the right to bare arms." I learned some new things, too: e.g(1) the second class was easier than the first class because I was already warmed up and "loose as a goose," (2) my metabolism was really revved up and my energy level was higher all day (3) when I did my weekly weigh-in, I had lost 3 of the 4 lbs. I had put on the week before. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised that at my age I can do two hours of Jazzercise and not be sore the next day. Jazzercise gave me a double whammy of fitness and lots of fun.
