I know I said I would post on Monday, for some reason I couldn't get at a blog to work!

My weigh in week 2 was 177.4! Down 2 lbs from day 1.

I've had a trying last 2 days in which caused me to eat. I had a shop page on facebook that got reported and deleted without any reason why. This was my own personal business page that had pictures of my crocheted items on there. I felt attacked personally and didn't understand why. I didn't really overeat, honestly I had 2 1/2 slices of pizza. That was it. Other than that I am still on track with eating and working out.

Tomorrow will be day 6 of Tai Cheng, so far I'm loving it. I also want more however. I think I may start trying some Turbo Jam every now and again to pump up some cardio. .... We will see.

Weigh in again Monday and hopefully I will be able to blog on time!

    Congrats on the loss! And Turbo Jam is great, especially since there are low impact options if your back is still not 100%.
