Too Long

I have been away from my spark family for far too long. I've been in WA now for 7 months and I'm right back to where I was over a year ago. I have to stop letting financial worry rule my life. I need to get back to tracking my calories and dong my 10 minutes per day.

    I know that you can do it! I wish you luck on tracking your calories and doing your 10 minutes per day of excerise. I know that over time, you will get back on track with Sparkpeople and reach your goals! Sending positive thoughts your way from one Spark friend to another who lost their way with Sparkpeople but came back. I have just got back to Sparkpeople at the end of May and lost 11.6 pounds so far.
