Four Weeks Stair Climbing

Four weeks ago my job location changed to the sixth floor. I made a pledge to not use the elevator. Today is the end of my fourth week and it's been ah...challenging. I keep telling myself that it will get easier. I end up going up and down the stairs 3-4 x/day. I walk at lunch and it's 100 degrees outside. emoticon

My body has been achey lately and I feel like someone is going to see me in the stairwell huffing and puffing and call 911 emoticon

Today I so wanted to not do it. Had to really give myself a pep talk. Celebrating one month is important. I love a streak. Spark taught me that!!

So check off my first month. Yeah. Here's to incredibly strong legs. emoticon

    I've been wanting to do something like that, but I am retired, so there are no stairs to walk. I am happy for you and good luck. You can do it!!!!!
