Day one, post goal reaching...

Well, here I am again, but now I'm on the other side. I'm excited, and though I'm sure I'll bounce around weightwise for a bit, I reached my goal and I'm thrilled with my progress.
That is what it is though, progress. I think I might see what happens if I keep tracking calories at the level I have been. If I lose any more, cool. If not, that is ok too. I just know that Aunt Flo is around the corner, and it would probably be safer for me to be a pound or two below my goal weight than right at it. I am looking forward to being able to stay at or below 125. We'll see what happens.
Today I zumba'd it with the wii. Holy cow, is that a good sweat making workout! I ate well - started the day with a chocolate smoothie that Megan50moretogo taught me about. I've tweaked it a bit. I use frozen spinach, bananas, blueberries, unsweetened cocoa and almond butter. It comes together into a chocolate flavored soft serve like concoction that is so yummy and filling!
I've been ditching the morning coffee and drinking some half caff around 1pm-ish, and I think that is helping me a lot. I get a natural boost of energy in the morning from the workout, and the coffee was sort of overkill, but then by afternoon, I was dragging. I'm enjoying the little caffeine boost at that time of the day. (I know, I know, I could do a second workout, and I do some days, but I do soooo love coffee!)
I'm holding off on more vacation posts for a while. They were exhausting to write, and actually kept me from blogging. If I get the urge, I'll do some more at some point, but I just found that I didn't need more "have-to's". I was avoiding SP because I didn't want to do those posts.
Well, no more! I'm going to stick with the here and now because it is a pretty awesome place to be! Hope all of you are reveling in the joy of doing good things for your bodies!
