Week 8 Day 56

-Have you ever been on a low-carb diet? How was it for you?

No I haven't.

I have dieted alot before, but that is something that I have never tried.

And now I am learning that it isn't about dieting.. Dieting only works while you are doing it..

This is a complete lifestyle change. You have to change your focus and reprogram your body to eat the foods that you need to be eating and not the unhealthy foods.

When dieting, once you stop, you gain the weight back.

This has to be a complete lifestyle change.

You have to make the choice everyday to eat healthy and keep the weight off.

    I have a hard enough time getting my carbs where they should be for each day. So there is really no reason for me to do a low carb

    I have not seen any reason to go low carb. I have done quite well with the 50/30/20 plan. I may however up my protein and lower my fat and carb just a bit once I think I need to as I go more into building muscles and less into fat loss.
