I have been practicing yoga for about 5 yrs off and on and I have taught yoga to children. After my ankle injury in Nov. I missed doing many of the poses and what is yoga without sun salutation? But I have now gone to two yoga classes and I am sore but my ankle is fine and it feels FANTASTIC. I feel so blessed to be healing and my body taking care of me and me trying to take care of my body.
I have noticed being more active does make me more hungry but does help my digestion a lot too.
