DAY 03 - INSANITY

So I decided to start working out in the morning...of course, I overslept BUT I woke up in plenty of time to do my workout, eat, etc...my boyfriend mentioned it, I was a jerk about it because I was mad at myself. "Siri, remind me to apologize to Trevor tonight about this morning." I guess I didn't oversleep, I just set my alarm unnecessarily early! So I will start getting up and doing it in the morning.

Workout was hard today. Morning is always tougher but once I get into it doesn't really matter. The great part is I know I am going to feel wonderful throughout the rest of the day. Eric and Lonna (bro and sis in law), herein referred to as PDXers, will be doing their workout tonight. I am excited to see how it goes.

Today was Cardio Power and Resistance. It's a little frustrating because I can't keep up with all the planked / pushup position stuff. My shoulders and chest are not strong enough and there are some flexibility issues there. I will get there though.



Having lunch with a friend today and will be tracking my eating. 90 minute Yoga class tonight. Half flow (work) half restorative stretch so that will be nice.
