It's Wednesday.... Time to burn it up! (New Fitness Schedule)

I sat down with my trainer last week to find some gaps in my fitness and nutrition. I have been at this weight loss for such a long time and my body is at a stand still lately. He was able to find some gaps with my nutrition and also came up with a fitness schedule to help me train smarter. I started the new schedule this week and boy.... am I sure feeling it. Here is what he has me doing:
MONDAY - HEAVY leg day... burn those legs out
TUESDAY - Arms/back/chest day hitting each group with 4 exercises. Then in the evening getting in some good cardio
WEDNESDAY - Double cardio day! Fit in two 60 minute sessions
THURSDAY - Another leg day but this time going lighter on the weights and adding in some intervals. Mixing up the exercises. Cardio can be done in the evening if I have time.
FRIDAY - Another arms/back/chest day but going lighter on the weights and adding some interval work. In the evening a nice bike ride or walk.
SATURDAY - Double cardio day! Fit in two 60 minute sessions.
SUNDAY - REST! He did mention that I could swim laps but I am supposed to save my legs for Monday.
I like the plan so far and I sure am feeling it. I really pushed it with my legs on Monday and added more weight. I was able to squat up to 155 pounds and deadlift up to 135. Yesterday I burned up my arms / back / chest and I am sure feeling it today. I bench pressed 105 pounds and did assisted pull ups, push ups, bench dips, etc....
I feel so strong!
Last night I went a little crazy on the cardio but not too bad. I fit in a 4 mile run with my son right after work. He hasn't run in a while so we had to throw in some walking intervals. The 4 miles took us 50 minutes to complete. Then after dinner I went for a walk with my mother-in-law and daughter. I kept the walk at her pace which is a little slower than mine. It was hot and humid so extra showers for me!
Today is my double cardio day. I am planning on a run this afternoon as long as it isn't raining. And then this evening will be biking.
