Good job sister! here's a guy with a mullet for you. As for the rise in your weight, I wouldn't worry too much. From day to day my weight fluctuates and it can be super frustrating so I've picked one day a week to take a "reading" (monday mornings before I shower). I weigh myself in the same manner (same clothes, right after peeing etc). This way I know it may be a little more accurate. That being said my period was this week and I'm sure that messed with it a bit, I know it messed with my energy levels and my endurance.
