It would seem I haven't blogged here for over a month!

I'm still going strong with Jenny Craig, but am now doing it only 5 days per week and am doing 2 days on my own. They have really good recommendations for the number of serves per day of dairy, veges, fruit, grains, meat and fat. One of my own days I had a big dinner party to attend, so didn't quit follow the diet plan, but hey, t won't kill me!

Have been for a few walks with my puppy, but since she is young and just learning to be out in the world, we're not exactly breaking any land speed records! But she is such fun! It's amazing how quickly you become attached! Next week we're going to start puppy training classes do that should be interesting!

I'm still managing to fit in walks despite our wet winter weather, and have been using my elliptical trainer otherwise, so feel good about exercise.

I am now only 3kg off my goal weight which is so exciting! I can fit my skinny stretch jeans again (this was also one of my goals), I wore another pair of trousers the other day that had been too tight and uncomfortable for years, some of my knickers are too big, and most of all I feel really good about myself!

I guess now that I've nearly gotten rid of all my excess, the big job is keeping it off!

    Great you are enjoying the company of your new puppy and totall awesome that you are only 3K from your goal weight. emoticon
    Don't become complacent like I did. I was 3K from my goal weight and lost it somewhere down the track and am now 7K from my goal weight. emoticon
    You have to be aware and on your toes all the time to drop that last little bit of weight and keep it off. emoticon
