Do you set little baby goals on the way to the final goal?
I do it keeps me going, and happy.

    Lately I have been setting mini goals 10# at a time, also daily goals for minimal exercise and healthy food choices!

    Actually, I have a hard time setting goals at all - I tend to look at this things as one whole big picture, and my main goal is to get healthier. Maybe I would do better, progress faster, if I measured in baby steps. I may try that.
