Yikes, I am having a really hard time getting back into the swimg of things since being sick. Earlier today I did some weights and my Turbo Fire HIITS 15. They kicked my butt!! I decided to not run/walk today because of the cardio video. Then I had dinner. It. was. ugly. That is all I have to say. Needless to say, I got my but on the treadmill tonight and did my 2.5 miles of walk/run. It hurt. Throughout the rest of the day I did go though. I had been without my Shakeology since Friday and I was missing it! I had a shake for breakfast and then I was craving another one around lunch time so I just went ahead and had one for lunch too. I filled the day in with some fruits and nuts to snack on to keep my appetite curbed. Off to bed now for me. Hopefully the late run doesn't get me all fired up to the point of not being able to sleep, I don't usually work out this late!!
