Well done Monday

Got my butt up and out to yoga class, then weight machines, then swam 16 laps.
After my ankle injury in Nov. sidelined me, this feels fantastic. Then I got home made a healthy lunch and took my daughter to the park and the museum.
It has been a wonderful day. One I thoroughly enjoyed. I am sure I will be sore tomorrow and I know I wont work out like that every day. But today feels like step in the right direction.
