Small Goals are my new approach. Week 1, check!!!

I have decided that focusing on one small goal every week will be my new focus. Between all my kids I know that this is the more realistic approach. For my first week I decided to not eat after 8. I did it. First goal down. I feel so good every morning. I lost five pounds by doing this and light exercise. I don't think I will lose five pounds again this week, but I am shooting for two. This weeks goal is to eat about 20 carbs or less at dinner time. I hope to stay strong. I remember this goals used to be a way of life before kids. I know the key is sleep but it will be another year before my little one sleeps through the night. I hold on tight to my vision of my kids and I in the gym together and use that as my motivation.
Here is to week two!!!!!
