Starting Over Again!!!!!

Sunday, July 22, 2012

I am so tired of being over weight, but I have become so lazy that I don't do anything about it. I make all the plans and imagine myself smaller, but when its time to for action I fall off the wagon. I have never reached my weight loss goal, because I don't stick with the plan long enough to see results and I have no one to blame but myself. So I have had a long talk with myself and we have decided we are going to try this weight loss thing again for the millionth time and we are going to take it one day at a time and not give up. I am tired of going up the steps and being out of breath and not fitting in anything in my closet, God willing I am starting fresh tomorrow and praying for success and consistency!!!!

Sending encouragement to myself!!!

Oh on the positive side you're already winning because you haven't quit!!! You're still hanging in here and you're still trying. I know i've quit and restarted more than enough times, but just think one of these times we're going to win and conqueror!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

emoticon Congrats for coming back and working on your goals!!! emoticon

It's okay to keep starting over. It's problem when you give up and stop trying. I can't tell you how many times I've had to start over and I've been a SP member for years. There are many moments when I scold myself not following through, but I have to fight myself and say "so what?!" I still got some fight left in me. I dust myself off, own up and learn from my mistakes and make moves towards fulfilling my goals.

Pat yourself on the back for going after what you want. Coming back and starting again just proves that you are stronger and more focused than you believe. emoticon
