Does coffee raise blood pressure?

    Even though I am a coffee drinker, I have to say from experience...yes! ( Plus-that is a great article from Mayo clinic!)

    In school we took each other's blood pressure at the beginning of the semester then again at the end of the semester as we were preparing for final exams...at the time mid you I was not drinking the 2 cups/ day I drink now...but 2 POTS of coffee aday single handed!!!

    My BP went through the roof....!

    LOL..of course it no doubt was because of the extreme high doses of caffiene and lack of sleep along with 'exam week'....stilll, anyone with chronic high blood pressure probably would do well to limit or eliminate the caffiene.
