Change of Plans

So, I have come to the conclusion that it is NOT good for a person to sit for hours on end doing homework!

I cannot do it anymore! I need to rest my mind and exercise my body.

So, the new plan is 30 minute to 1 hour of study then, 15 minutes of exercise to flush my brain out of stale blood that needs to be circulated to get some fresh ideas and memory cells working so I can retain what I have been reading and doing!

So, I am going to hook up the treadmill when I get back from church and today when I study I am going to set my timer and alternate exercise with studying! I am excited about it actually. I think it will get me off my plateau and I also believe it will increase my ability to study effectively!

Yay! New Goal!
