Going insane.....

Well here I am again. Not been blogging much. I think winter makes me sooooo blah. But I am stopping all of that. I feel terrible for a reason. I am not being active. Pure and simple. So I have decided that I am going to pull out all the stops and get moving again. I decided that because it is so terrible outdoors I am going to do my Insanity. I started out today with Plyo/ cardio circuit.. And I did Ab ripper x. I am so weak in that area. I can hardly do all the exercises but I am going to do it every second day and work on getting stronger in that area. The Core.....
I am surprised that I still am quite fit when it comes to cardio. It burned a bit at the start but as I went along I was ok. Well as Ok as you can be doing Insanity.....
We have been so busy lately with all of the birthdays and things but that is all over now and I am just planning the last details for my trip. Which is in 4 and a half weeks.... Im so excited but also a little nervous.
My dress looks ok but I would really like to focus on healthy eating and exercise for the next 32 days. Loads of fresh fruit, veges, proteins low carbs. I have seen the results from Insanity in 60 days so if in 30 I could be half way there that would be great. I really just want to tone and feel good about myself just get rid of a bit of this PUDGE.
Here are some before and afters from Insanity and also for P90x which I will also be doing.
So this is what I am going to be doing the entire time before I go away. I have had so long to be organised and then I let myself down and I was thinking well what is stopping you now. Just bloody do it. 30 days is a fair whack of time to make changes feel better and tone up a little. I know I am not going to reach my goal in this time but I certainly will feel better than I do now....
