Week 3 WUB - GONE team

1. Cardio - 1000 minutes - 344/1303/-303 - I wish this was from running :(
2. ST - 3 days a week - 0/1/11 - none
3. Pushups - 75 a week - 0/0/300 - blah
4. Squats - 150 a week - 0/0/600 - nope
5. Move preparation - 30 minutes of organization/packing a day during week. - I actually got about 3 hours done this week, spread out over a few days
6. Me time - 15 minutes a day of whatever I need to center myself. - done as needed
7. Calories - track & stay under 6 days a week. - ny eating sucked this week. I was pretty much not hungry, and didn't track what I did eat. I'm almost positive I stayed well under calories most days, but don't want to get into the starvation habit again.
8. C25k - finish. -...still on week 7
9. Miles - 40 - 1.2/6.85/33.15 - my ankle is almost 100%, so I can get back to running now, but I obviously won't even come close to this goal.

I'm not happy with July so far. Some has been out of my control, most has been in my control. I'm barely putting in effort, and I know this.
