Results from my training session!

Met with the trainer, finally, after lots of rescheduling madness.

We did some assessments and found:
- body fat percentage at approx. 19%
- my ‘body age’ is 19, which is great because I’m actually 23
- my flexibility needs some work
- strength is ‘excellent’
- nutrition is right between ‘good’ and ‘excellent’

This all kind of means that my UGW of 120 might not be very realistic. That would put me at 15% BF assuming I didn’t lose muscle. That’s attainable for women, but super hard to keep up. I’ll shoot for staying between 16 - 18% which means 122 - 125ish.

I really wanted to get to 120 just so I could say “I’ve lost 50 lbs.”, but that’s not really what’s important here. The point is… I’m fit, I’m strong, I’m healthy, and I’m going to stay this way.

    Wow, awesome result, I especially like what you got for body fat %, strength and nutrition :D

    Last time I was measured for my body age, I got 40 (I'm 29 end of this year)! At that time, I did feel so sluggish, so old, so weak and all those thing - must be I was at a phase of feeling so low. What I love about these body measurements, looking at those numbers will give me extra push, whether I'm falling or when I'm at a comfort zone (not doing anything more or trying anything new).

    I take it this means you're going to get "carded" more often at clubs ! Enjoy ! LOL !!!!

    Believe me, once you get past a certain age, you stopped being asked to show ID. sniff.

    Check with a medic. What is achievable isn't always healthy. Fertility is impaired if a woman does not have enough body fat. Ovulation can be prevented.
