Well my first week of C25K is complete or what I've been calling my trial run. I'm so proud of myself its a rough workout not originally being a running but that's what I'm working on! I still can run all the time I'm suppose to be I'm ok with that because as the program promises I'm off the couch! I'm still looking g for workouts to do on my "relax" days but I'm certain that will come soon too. My eating this week was ok not the greatest but I'm ok with that too. I'm definately a work in progress and that is what this is all about...making me a new healthier and happier me. Each day I feel better about it and that makes me excited :)
