The scale broke!

Friday, July 20, 2012

So the scale that I usually weigh myself on (which is actually my roommate's scale) died today. It was kinda busted anyways. I could never see the decimal place of how much I weigh, so it was kinda on it's way out anyways. I looked all over and there's no where to put batteries in. Lamed. Out.

I supposed it's not a terribly bad thing though. It'll keep me from weighing myself twice a day lol. It always weirded me out that I would weigh one thing in the morning, then work out and weigh four pounds less afterwards. What a tease!

I've resorted to using measurements for now. I'm sure they will be just as satisfying. I'm hoping that when we do get a working scale, that it'll be a dramatic surprise =)

Haha, it used to freak me out that my weight flucuated during the day too.. it was so strange to see a number in the morning, and a completely different number in the afternoon. Eventually it was just too hard on me to weigh so often, so now I only do it once a week (or at least I try to). It's much more accurate :)

    Good luck!

You have to love those scales. After not having a scale for years, I finally bought a digital on - and couldn't figure out how to turn the darn thing on!
