Attained Goal #1 - I've lost 10 pounds!

I’ve reached a goal today – I lost 10 pounds!
I was excited after weighing myself this morning. I have lost 10 pounds. I recently increased the length of my walk. I am eating well and walking consistently. Now my next goal is to lose the next 10 pounds. I have thoughts of adding a pedometer and looking into the 10,000 steps spark team.
