sweet tooth challenge

well this is week 2 and i have to admit i haven't had that much sugar for awhile and if i do want something sweet i eat fruit. that helps a lot. i love fruit more then sugar i have to admit. and i lost 5lbs i think from not eating all that sugar. but i would like to know what kind of foods to buy that is still sweet and not all sugar. and also what about splenda is that better to use then reg. sugar?

    I use splenda instead of sugar. I'm sure there will be some who come along and say all artificial sweeteners are bad, but I like splenda in kool aide, and my tea and I buy blackberry jam sweetend with splenda. I have not cooked or baked with it, the rest of my family doesn't like the taste of it. But once in a while a little sweet spot is nice.
