Mile 1 10.23

It has been a LONG time since I have run a mile without stopping. Last night ended the streak. I ran the first mile in 10.23 min. I did need to walk a while after as my tummy was not agreeing with either the salad with chicken on it or the costco hot dog I ate. I ended my run with 2.64 miles in 30 min. NOT bad for walking quite a bit after the first mile. When I did run after the first mile I was running under 10 min a lot of time. I have to say I LOVE seeing the 9 min on my phone (: I don't even care when it is 9.55 lol it is just under 10 m (: I am really excited though about this. So CONSISTENT streak and 3 runs out of 4 for the week complete. I am planning a run tomorrow after my daughter's 15th birthday party. The one great thing about the virtual runs I have been running is that I put myself last always but with the virtual runs if i don't run I am letting someone else other than myself down. She is counting on me to complete my run just like I am counting her to complete hers. This is the BEST thing I have ever done in my weight lost path. I am excited and it has paid off. unofficially today I was 184.2 This week since Tuesday I have been 185.8 to 185.4
woo running is paying off like always
