Healthy Smoothies. :D

Today with breakfast I made fresh fruit smoothies. I added raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, plain yogurt, frozen orange concentrate and water. It turned out incredible. EXTREMELY healthy! :D For 12 ounces it was only 63 calories, and we got a TON of nutrients. :) I am glad I was able to find the raspberries so CHEAP. I found them for $1.00 per 6 ounces. Talk about a great deal! :D
