Progress Report

Let me review what it was that I was trying to accomplish this week other than the obvious; "lose weight" goal.



I was going to do my best to stick to the 3-Day Diet Regimen.
I started on Saturday and was supposed to do the regimen on Sat., Sun., & Mon., and be off the regimen but still make good choices on tues., Wed., Thurs., and Fri (today).



My other goal was to Make Intentional choices to MOVE (exercise informally) more than I normally would.



Third, I was going to Read my Bible daily.



And Fourth, I was going to keep up on my homework by NOT procrastinating.



So How Do I Feel I did?

One: Did I stick to the 3 day diet plan completely? NO but I would give myself a "B" because I went to the Bridal Shower on Sunday and I ate cake BUT I also chose fruit and veggies and did not eat a bunch of junk and did NOT go back for seconds on the cake when I wanted.

Two: When we take breaks in class I do 2 laps around the building and I have NOT been taking my drag along bag and I have been taking the stairs and I don't drive straight to the front to look for a parking space I start at the back of the lot and find one and walk up to the building. I do not however get up and do the treadmill yet (I plan to add this to my "Move it" weekends) I give myself a "B" because when I am at home I sit.

Three: Read my Bible Daily. Out of 7 days I read 5. I was not perfect so again I give myself a "B"

Fourth: My homework was done and done almost immediately after school. Sometimes I need that break after I get home to let my mind rest before I cram more into it so for this one I am going to give myself an "A" because I have not yet had anything not done that I had to rush and finish right before class started.

So 3 - Bs and 1 - A Not bad for just getting started. And what did all my effort accomplish? Saturday I weighed 185; today I weigh 181. I lost 4 lbs in 6 days. Tomorrow begins the cycle again.
