We arrived home Tuesday evening. What a long trip - 5000 miles. We will be sticking with smaller trips from now on for the most part anyway.
I did gain 2# but I went down one size in my shorts! PTL!!!!! I'm happy with that! The pounds will come back off but my routine had been changed drastically i.e. roughly 500 steps per day to sometimes over my goal of 7500 steps per day. Some of it I'm sure is muscle as well.
Yesterday I walked about 6900 steps - - been extremely exhausted for about a week though. Dr's running lab work etc today. Will get the results of that next week.
Sooooo very glad to be back home!!! And, sooooo glad to be more strict on SP as well.
