I have no excuses

So
I came home tired after work yesterday; I stayed late
I'm supposed to go in early this morning.
Does that stop me from working out? No!
I was too tired to work out last night, but I got up at 3:15am to do my workout instead of 4 so I can get all of my exercise and shower in before I go to work.
I could have said eh, I'll take a day off. But then it'd be a day off the next day, and the next day.
I'm determined to keep this up. Some days I may not be able to do it; sometimes my sugar will be messed up and I won't be able to work out at that moment. I have the motivation to make sure I either do it later in the evening, or do two workouts the next day (this did happen to me once, unfortunately -- but I kept up with it!)
Anyway, I'm going to take a short motivational walk this beautiful dawn time of day and then shower.... to go to work! woot!

    THAT'S WHAT I DO EVERYDAY GO TO BED EARLIER TO GET UP EARLIER TO EXERCISE RIGHT AFTER BREAKFAST AND I HAVE NEVER MISSED A DAY IN YEARS WE HAVE TO DO WHATEVER WORKS FOR US.
