Biggest Loser

I had hip surgery and am on crutches, week 3 of 6. My spouse has been traveling for most of that time, not the first few days and only back for one weekend.

So I am pretty much on my own, not able to do much, so I have had to be creative in finding was to keep entertained. I signed up for Netflix, and my two favorites are TED talks and Biggest Loser. They have all the old seasons of Biggest Loser. I did not watch any of they when they originally aired, so they are all new to me.

On Netflix, there are no commercials, and you can skip parts or shows, which means that I can get through a whole season in less than a week. The transformations these people go through are amazing and inspiring.

They are very motivating, and there is no way that I am going to pig out while watching them, it also helps motivate me to do my physical therapy exercises.

Watching Biggest Loser and using SparkPeople have helped me stay on track during my recovery.
