I'm so sore!

I'm so sore I don't know if I should workout today or take a day of rest. Please help.

    I rarely take a complete day off. I just do a very light stroll or swim...or extra housework so I feel that I am not sitting around doing nothing all day!!! A day without exercise doesnt happen in my life....if it does, my whole world gets turned upside down!!! Not a good thing for me!!!

    Workout just not as hard. Rub yourself down with mineral ice, ben-gay or something along those lines pre-workout - I've found that to help. Aleve also helps

    Easy walking is always a good option.

    Just take a walk and do some stretching. Don't push yourself but don't lose your momentum.

    try a stretch and a hot bath . ( or vice versa)

    Why don't you do an easy workout? A lot of times it will help you loosen up and feel better.
