Vitamins/suppliments

Do you track your vitamins/suppliments?
i started tracking some like Fish Oil, Flax Oil, and calcium/magnesium/potassium that the label has calories and/or fat.

    i take Vitamin D, Omega3, a multi-vitamin, and Vitamin C but don't worry about tracking the few calories they have

    I don't take any, but I should. Now on my food log I track all the vitamins that is in the food I eat, just to see if I'm getting what I need.

    I don't track them, personally. I know there are some calories in them, but it's so minimal. Some might disagree with me and say it's important to track every single individual calorie. That's fine, but I figure there's a lot of estimation when it comes to tracking calories and I'll be off plus or minus each day anyway. A couple fish oil pills and vitamins aren't going to break the bank.
