Joining the gym

Joining the women's gym last week was the best thing I ever did for myself lately. Since I've started, I met another gal who works out at the same time I do at lunch. I popped in an exercise dvd the other day and she wanted to get off the treadmill and join me. Ever since, we've been working out every day at lunch to one of the many dvds I have. We are having fun and seeing results....I lost 3 lbs this week and she lost 2 1/2. She wants to do the Insanity workout! HA HA HA. I think that's a little ambitious for right now but we are working up to it. I am feeling motivated again and glad to have a workout buddy. Have a great day my Sparkie friends!
