Trying something different

Instead of a whole lifestyle over haul. .. I'm going to try mastering my diet and tracking it then add exercise to the mix since exercise comes so easy to me. But doing both at once seems to throw me off. Especially when my diet goes off the tracks it seems to all come crashing down.
A few days ago I went and filled my house with only healthy foods. And I've been decent about tracking so far too. Maybe by only focusing on that for a while I'll be able to commit more.

    Same here, I think exercises is easier compare to trying to get healthy diet and quality sleep. Usually if I'm failing at workouts, my diet and sleep will follow, too.
    I think it's better to start small or slow first, to see which area we can improve :D
