What will it take???

I have decided that I need to find some other ways of tracking what I eat and what I do for exercise and also how to track what I weigh that will be right in my face everyday. So, I am putting together a sheet that I am going to post on my fridge to track my exercise and weight
and i already have a food journal that i can take with me but I need to start using it more often. I can then enter all the information on my page so I can track.

My bestfriend has joined now and I am going to challenge her everyday and she is going to challenge me. We can support one another on our journey to our goals.

Bedtime now and start of a brand new day tomorrow. I am looking forward to it.

    You can do it! Sometimes the phrase, "Out of sight, out of mind," really is true. If you put your exercise and eating habits where you can see them regularly, you're more likely to stick with it.

    Having a buddy ALWAYS helps! That way you can encourage each other as well as hold each other accountable.

    my sister walks 15,000 steps a day at 63 years old and has lost 100 pounds.

    i gave up grain and sugary products and have lost 44 pounds at age 60.

    we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal
