I've been taking dad around London (well, he's been taking me, as he's definitely more of a wanderer than I am), and for the first time in year he'd had something new to see in London.
The other day we went to Stratford. The Olympic Park is still shut, but there is a viewing platform in the nearby John Lewis:
We went to the Barbican twice, to see Goran Bregovic the first time, and the Abyssinian Mass the second time. It's Bond season :)
Yesterday we managed to have no rain all day, and took full advantage.
First we went to check out the new cable car from Victoria Dock to Greenwich.
Not often you get to see the Dome from there:
Then we made our way back to Central London by river bus:
I do enjoy playing the tourist now and again :D
