Cycle 2- Day 1 - 196.8 & BS 7.3 - good day, eh?

Wednesday, July 18, 2012

Well, the scale is starting to tow the line and concede defeat to the real Boss here, ME! (and after a couple washroom trips, that number is sticking and I need to add some fibre to my diet!)

Went swimming this a.m.. now seriously I gotta get busy exercising again..I moved around some of the furniture that sits in my front room till the br's dry out from the flood on Sat, so there is room here to do a workout too, so quit dillydallying Lila and get down to business... I should walk over to Sobeys, and pick up some cherries... it's not that hot today, would be good, poor dog might burn her toes though, will have to check.. ( I did do it, I did Leslie Sansone's Walk & Kick and sweated like crazy!!!)

I'm thinking of making a spinach salad and also some tabbouleh later... both very healthy....I did up the meat yesterday but no veggies, so have to remedy that... maybe I will even finally bake that spaghetti squash and have the chicken caccitore over top of it for supper, ok, now I am organized....Yum... Feel free to drop in for supper....

Oops, change of plans for supper, the chicken dish I had left in the fridge - not frozen - was S&S Chicken with peppers and onions, so that had to go over the spaghetti, it was delicious... never got the salad made, but did make a strawberry and avocado smoothie, as per SP...

That sounds delicious I'm on my way over haha! It was only a matter of time that you prevailed over the scale because you have the positivity and enthusiasm to make it all the way to the finish line!
