Man, am I ever off track! I started the new job, kept the original job. The hours soon became too much. My eating went down the tubes quickly because I just didn't have the energy to plan and cook ahead of time for the week. So last week I had my hours changed - started the new schedule this week. Less hours over all, more time between jobs and fewer days working both jobs. SOOOO... I think I will be able to get caught up on rest and get it all back in gear.
With my poor eating, my sleep pattern is way off! I have insomnia most nights. I go right to sleep when I go to bed then after 2-3 hours of sleep I wake every hour until it's time to get up. I can go to sleep any time I sit too long in one place long enough.
My daily water intake is down to 2-3 8 oz. servings of water. Well, until today that is. I was back at 9 servings of water today. So I'm working on that first. Tomorrow I'll leave for work a little early so I can stop at the grocery store to pick up healthy choices - fruit, salad, and a healthy micro-wave meal.
I can do this! I'm still working on it. The plan is to use Friday nights to shop, Saturday afternoons and evenings to cook and plan. Then I can relax on Sunday. And I will be rested, well fed, and ready for the week!
