I always want to jump on Spark on the weekend to keep up with people or blog, but it pretty much never happens. Yesterday was a busy day. No blog, but I did still track the last 3 days and stayed on plan.

I attempted to give up coffee, and did for 3 days. LOL! Coffee is a hard habit to break. I didn't have a ton more energy without coffee but my moods seemed a bit better. Not sure if it was a coincidence. I am having a Skinny Latte today, but tomorrow I will stop again to see if I can make it 4 days without coffee. I am also adding some iron to my daily vitamins to see if I am just low on iron. I have had anemia problems before.

It seems like my DD is still really excited about eating healthy. We talked a little about me teaching her to make some healthy foods herself, and she's very very excited for that. Her dad said he would support that. They're about to go on a trip for 3 weeks, so I told her to make me a list of the foods that she wants to learn how to cook and while she's gone I will create a cookbook for her and teach her when she gets back. I'm pretty excited, and a little nervous.

I started reading a book about how to effectively listen to and talk to kids "How to talk so kids will listen". I've only read chapter 1 but it seems like a good tool. I'm having my DH read the 1st chapter at work today so we can talk about it and start doing it tonight. I hope this makes a difference, we've had so much trouble getting our 2 little ones to be cooperative lately.
