Day 1 Week 1 Basic Training Workout

Hey all!
emoticon So I added all my calories up for yesterday and I was well within the range. I am glad about that.
emoticon Yesterday I had to work at my 2nd job and DH decided to go grocery shopping, I asked him to get me some Morningstar Burgers and Corndogs for a quick snack for when I get home in at night. I hadnt tried the burgers before, he got me the grillers (I think), and it was pretty decent for a veggie burger. Plus Im getting some protein. I also had DH get me some green tea mixes (crystal light), so Im not dragging in the afternoon.
emoticon Today is Day One of the Basic Training workout. The first circuit will consist of:
* Push Ups
* Sit Ups
* Burpees
* Air Squats
* Jump Rope
The Second Circuit will consist of:
* Mountain Climbers
* Get Ups
* Jumping Jacks
* Burpees
* Butt Kicks
The Third Circuit will consist of
* Push Ups
* Jump Rope
* Sit Ups
* Jump Rope
* Air Squats
emoticon Then I have to walk or jog 1/4 mile. I think I saw Leslie Sansone On Demand so I will do that.
emoticon I am really excited about this workout. And it is not too demanding. Im only required to do this 2-3 times a week. Does that seem sufficient enough? Im thinking it might be better to do at LEAST 3-4 times a week, what are your thoughts?

    Great workout!! 3x/week sounds good but if you have time for another day, go for it.

    I like the morningstar burgers. That's one heck of a workout...enjoy it! If 3-4 days works with your schedule I say go for it.
