BLC SUMMER BREAK PLAN

During the remainder of the summer I plan to Refocus, Organize, Plan and Track! If I do these four things I will be very successful in my mindset change.
Refocus - review my goals and objectives and revise where applicable!
Organize - organize my house, volunteer work, paper work and menus to avoid last minute panic and mayhem!
Plan - plan my daily menus and follow faithfully
Track - return to tracking everyday and not "hit and miss" tracking. Tracking is the key to success for healthy living and weight loss and until this is a permanent habit I will not succeed! I want to get to point in my life where I treat tracking like I treat brushing my teeth (something that I MUST do every day)!!
If I do these four things I will return in the fall a happier and lighter person.
