My plan for the summer

This is my plan for staying on track this summer between BLC 19 and BLC 20
1. Continue with my Crossfit workouts and running (training for and running 2 half marathons, 5K's, and a 10K or two.
2. Continue with the Paleo lifestyle ("diet") that I started in June.
3. Continue to get and give support and encouragement to my Spark friends.
4. Continue drinking my water.
I think if I continue doing these things that I will be successful over the summer and hopefully be able to start BLC 20 at a lower weight than where I end BLC 19. If I do I think it will be a first for me!
