Day 3 - If it wasn't broke, why'd I try to fix it!?!?

Well these past three days have been going really well.

emoticonSaturday was day 1 that day my husband and I were supposed to go on a six flags all day date but it was way too busy by the time we got there. But that was an awesome morning of revelations and bringing us closer together.

emoticonSunday was day 2 we went to church and I made lots of good decisions on eating, feel free to check out my shared nutrition tracker!

emoticonToday went over to CrystalDancer's house! Yay Accountability. I'm just going back to what worked when I lost my first 100 pounds, and I'm excited about my weigh in this Saturday and getting active again on Sparkpeople who I really owe the help loosing the weight!!!

what worked:
Accountability! (Communication with other people & being active on the site)
Logging in my calories (still eating food I enjoy but in quantity control)
Not having a splurge or free day!
Doing some kind of exercise everyday

    I agree! Loving this accountability and logging calories, plus more fitness minutes I can track makes me feel proud. I noticed too that when you work so hard, a splurge day kind of seems backward like "no way I can keep going, I don't won't to ruin my work". lol. Glad your having a good time of it.
