W1D1 (again)

Well I made it thru the first day of Tapout for the 2nd time. lol. The first time around I went strong for the first three days but tapouted by the fourth day because I was entirely way too sore. However I refuse to let this workout beat me so, I gonna go H.A.M. and make it happen.
