Going to keep this simple and to the point emoticon

1.

I found that quote and fell in love it in. Not only does this pertain to my health and fitness goals, it really can be applied to anything in life! Love it. Need to just keep look and pushing forward to bigger and better things! No matter what happened last year, last month, last week or yesterday, the day you are in NOW will always be a new day! So going to keep my head held high and make everyday better than the day before NO MATTER WHAT!

I am loving the 12 week program from Jamie Eason. I am following her weight training schedule (started week 2 today) and not so much her eating. I am using her eating plan for as a guide and using some ideas but going to keep up with my plan and alter as I go along.

Yup, that's right! I am really starting to LOVE MY BODY. I mean I still have a lot of work to be done but me being able to admit that I love my body is a HUGE deal. I need to constantly remind myself of this to keep me going. It helps me stay positive and focused! Helps me stay strong and true to myself. So during the break I am going to LOVE MY BODY and feel proud of all my hard work and sport it like I am not ashamed! I can do this!

***I have been going back and reading some old blogs I have posted and I can't believe how far I have come! I used to post my goals and they were to make sure I drink my water, eat my freggies, workout, log my foods and fitness and so on and so forth..now I am past that and really have taken those to the next level and just made them apart of me! I don't need those goals anymore - love making new goals to challenge my fitness ability!***
